In the following, you can study the BPM 2017 registration periods, fees and contents.

Registration Periods

Early Bird: until July 22, 2017, 23:59 CEST
Regular: July 23, 2017, 00:00 CEST – August 22, 2017, 23:59 CEST
Late / On-site: August 23, 2017, 00:00 CEST – September 12, 2017, 09:00 CEST

Registration Types

BPM 2017 is a combination of different events:

• a workshop day on Monday, September 11
• the main conference running from Tuesday, September 12 to Thursday, September 14

Please note that in the registration system you will have to choose between the following options:

Option 1: Workshop Day
This option allows to register for the workshops. Please wait with your registration until the workshop you plan to attend is confirmed on the BPM 2016 website, as no refunds can be made without cancellation fees. At the current stage workshops can still be cancelled or merged with other workshops.

Option 2: Main Conference
This option allows to register for the main conference.

Option 3: Main Conference + Workshop Day
This option allows to register for the main conference and the workshop day on September 11. If you plan to attend a particular workshop, please wait with your registration until the workshop you plan to attend is confirmed on the BPM 2016 website, as no refunds can be made without cancellation fees. At the current stage workshops can still be cancelled or merged with other workshops.

Option 4: 1-Day Pass Tuesday
This option allows to attend the main conference on Tuesday, September 12.

Option 5: 1-Day Pass Wednesday
This option allows to attend the main conference on Wednesday, September 13.

Option 6: 1-Day Pass Thursday
This option allows to attend the main conference on Thursday, September 14.

Option 7: 2-Day Pass Wednesday and Thursday
This option allows to attend the main conference on Wednesday, September 13 and Thursday, September 14.

Registration Discounts

Option 2 – Option 3
Students can benefit from a discount that will cover part of the registration fee (applicable to registration options 2-3). Students will have to provide proof of their status by attaching in the online form a scan of their student card or similar accreditation. In case you are an author of an accepted paper (conference or workshop), please note that at least one author is required to register for the conference / workshops at the full rate.
